Bent-over row

•Stand with both feet apart, bend your knees with upper body leaning forwards from the hips.
•Hold a bar bell bar or a dumbbell with both hands, extend the arms towards floor, and bring back up to your waist.
•Slowly repeat.

Eccentric chin-up

•Stand underneath a pull-up bar.
•Jump to hold the bar with both hands. Pull yourself up to bring your chin to the height of the bar.
•Lower yourself until your arms are fully extended and then repeat.
